The Library is trying to limit cell phone usage in quiet areas
throughout Morgan Library. The lower level, for example, has signs at
all entrances that clearly state "No Cell Phones." Similar signs are
found in all other designated quiet areas on the second and third
floors. Unfortunately, we do not have the staff necessary to monitor
cell phone use in this large facility; instead we rely on user
self-regulation and compliance.
